Refund policy

Thank you for your SpazziChik, LLC purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange, on a strict case-by-case basis. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS:
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please email customer service FIRST at info@SpazziChik.com to determine if your item is eligible for return/refund. You may be required to submit photos/documentation supporting your claim. We reserve the right to deny returns/refunds.
Return shipping charges may be paid by either the customer or by us, to be determined on a case-by-case basis. In the event that return shipping charges are paid by us, the customer will receive a pre-paid shipping label in the mail OR customer will pay upfront shipping cost and will be reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS:
If your item is accepted for refund or exchange after we have inspected its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. (We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for your refund to be reflected in your account once we have processed it.)
EXCEPTIONS:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cosmetic products
- Items listed as FINAL SALE at time of purchase
